Review Up Restaurant - Saranda

Restoranti shume i kendeshem me pamje te bukur pjata te shijeshme. Servisi le shume per te deshiruar , nuk respektohet rradha e pjatave dhe pritje shume te gjate ne marrjen e porosis dhe pse restoranti nuk kishte shume njeres.

Discover it! My family and I visited Saranda this summer and we tried a lot of different restaurants. That restaurant Up hasnt very good entrance and thwt is why is difficult to spot it. But hostess of the UP helped us and we decided to tty it. Really good surprise. Very good prices, good portions and the most portant not the same type of kitchen. Lime insyead of lemon, caramelised carrots, good wine and fresh air. We have spent one very good night there. Very calm place and the staff is not disturbing you. We loved their help and jokes. Thank you guys🙂

This place doesn't deserve even one star from my experience. We were sitting and the waiter didn't even clean the table for 15 minutes. And then we had to wait 5 minutes more for them to bring the menu. We never had the chance to be asked if we wanted to drink something or suggestions. So we decided to leave and they didn't even ask what was the reason of leaving and didn't say good night back after we saluted. Having the highest prices isn't how you keep the standard of your restaurant, but service makes the difference. Hope you had something more important to have a conversation with each other instead of enjoying your work.

Personale inadeguato e impreparato (ti tolgono il piatto mentre mangi), prezzi altini visto che benché turistica Saranda si trova sempre in Albania e soprattutto porzioni piccole. Cibo normale. Sconsigliato.

Ottimi piatti di pesce, servizio veloce e impeccabile. Si cena in veranda per cui vista sul lungomare. Prezzo adeguato al posto.
