Saranda shumë bukur në fillim javë

Il hotel niente di che, le camere con mobili vecchio, il bagno e terribile con lavandino bloccato. Per quello che costa non lo vale la penna, anche senza soldi non ci vado più. Servizio e zero , maleducati. Non lo trattano clienti bene, hanno fatto aspettare dalle 5 fino alle 9 30 con la bambina piccola di 8 messi in braccio e poi alla fine nemmeno letto di bambina c avevano, era ma era senza materasso,così a bambina dormiva per terra. Una vergogna! Il posto di Saranda bello il mare e meraviglioso ma i gente so maleducati, e servizio e zero !

Самый плохой отель в которых я когда-то останавливался. В этом отеле проблемы есть везде. Начиная с парковки, входа где нет пандуса для инвалидов, интернет. Самая большая проблема в том, что во всем отеле очень душно. Кондиционеры не работают как нужно. Не справляются с жарой. Духота неимоверная. Руководство отеля абсолютно по хамски относится к постояльцам. В общем никому не советую этот отель посещать. По мимо всех описанных недостатков есть ещё тысячи и тысячи.

Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel le 3 août, nous devions rester jusqu au 7 août Impossible ☹️☹️ Rien n était bien, rien ne fonctionne C'est vieux, c'est cher et c'est mal situé Le personnel ne répond pas au question👎👎👎 La climatisation ne fonctionne pas il fait chaud comme dans un four🥵🥵🥵🥵 Le lit bébé est payant et n est pas homologué et est dangereux ! ☠️☠️ L électricité n est pas conforme les prises s arrachent du mur !! ☠️☠️☠️ L ascenseur fait peur 😱😱 Il y a trop de bruit dans les couloirs car les portes claquent tout le temps Le petit déjeuner est pitoyable ! Pas de choix Je ne sais pas ou vous avez eu vos étoiles ! Il faut demolir cet hôtel Impossible de rester la avec notre bébé C'est dangereux pour sa santé Et vous n avez pas voulu faire de geste commercial et rembourser les nuits que nous ne sommes pas restés C est honteux ! 👎🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hotel is beautiful,the staff is .Why I give 2 Stars? First,because "pre-authorization" which is stuped for this hotel and his reputation.First they took Our money from card then we must call Booking service for which we will have an abmormal phone bill.Then they returned money on card and again after two minutes pulled off.And again we must call Booking and They said that they would contact hotel to correct mistake and from that night we must waiting like fools few days instead 48 h like they promice to tell us that money is returned bank but frozen to take next 10 days ..altough I give them money full price when we came...well that's shame.

Hotel neopravdano kategorisam sa 4*( realno ni 2*) sobe vrlo skromno namestene, dorucak uvek isti kajgana od 2 jajs( za 9 dana pojela sam 18 jaja), Hotel nema dole u holu toalet tako da smo se zadnji dan presvlacili tako sto smo jedni drugima napravili paravan od peskira. Nema nikakav prostor oko hotela kao ni bilo kakav bazen.

Hotel is good at all, but needs to much improvements. Position is good. Some parts are outdated. Must be cleaner. The elevator sometimes dosent work. The breakfast is cheap. It can be better.

Siamo stati 13 giorni eravamo in 3 una famiglia da Firenze e devo dire che siamo stati molto bene. La pulizia era giornaliera e non hanno mai mancato un giorno di cambiarci lenzuola e asciugamani. Lo consiglio perché qualità prezzo ci siamo e sopratutto hanno una vista mozzafiato.
