30 minuta qe te vije kamarieri…

Cmime të pa justifikuara, sallata Cezar shume e keqe. Në pasta ndihej më shumë qepa se çdo gjë tjetër, ruizoto i pa lidhur mirë. Kemi paguar një coperto për një letër njëpërdorimshe.

Nje falenderim per kamarjerin Andi Bejo qe eshte i shkelqyer si ne sherbim dhe ne komunikim...Se dhe qe sa here te mendosh per te ngrene nje dreke duhet te shkosh tek ARTIGIANO aty ku do gjesh Andin!

Kam porositur 2 pista nga menu e dites, ne vend te skampit me sollen gamberi, te cilet nuk ishin te fresket dhe me ere te keqe. Pjata e dyte ravioli me gamberi, sollen ravioli me gjize dhe salmon siper. Nuk jua sugjeroj te shkoni.

Perfekte cdo gje. Shumë i pastër si restorant. Ushqimi shumë i shijshëm dhe kishte dhe sasi me 1 çmim të arsyetueshem per kualitetin dhe zonen ku ishin. Jua rekomandoj.

5 * për shërbimin, ambjentin dhe ushqimin më të mirë. Çdo herë është një eksperiencë fantastike.

It was a Sunday and this place doesn't even deserve poor, deserves a terrible. Waiters dont know what to do... or when to come over. The Miss's food was delayed, Mine came in minutes and wasn't hot"Ravioli"... I wasn't too fussed that day, I was just hungry but that food still got cold in the end they supposed to be hot!!!.I Wouldn't come to this place even if it's the last place open. Miss's food took another 10 mins after my empty plate was taken away and still that took a while waiters would just walk pass my empty plate... she just order a simple pizza... Faleminderit.

Great restaurant with fast, professional and entertaining staff. Delicious food as well. If you do not give this place five stars, you obviously do not appreciate tasty food and professional waiters.

Somos 5 amigas que estamos pasando unos días en Tirana, el restaurante os lo recomendamos 100%. Las ensaladas grandes y muy buenas, la pizza riquísima, la hamburguesa excepcional(la pedí sin salsa y estaba increíblemente buena por las carne y el pan), patatas típicas de Albania, el pan y el aceite son hechos allí, el tiramisú buenísimo y super cremoso!!!El personal muy amable y simpático, al final nos invitaron a un plato enorme de fruta (porque yo no podía tomar el tiramisú). El ambiente muy acogedor y la música muy agradable. Volveremos!!!!

Ristorante molto eccellente per noi Italiani che fuori casa cerchiamo la nostra buona cucina..consiglio vivamente di pranzare o cenare qua...staff molto cordiale parlano italiano cucina ottima..prezzo veramente bassi

Hello there, I know that you are not gonna response this complaint but at least I have to do my job as a customer. I came to your restaurant tonite at 20:00 and now leaving (its almost 21:20). And your receptionist show me a table to sit. The first thing you should plan table arrangement correctly. If you let the customer to sit a table, your waiters/waitresses should see your customer when he/she wants to order something. You should no let your customers to make funny behaviours to call a waiter/waitress. And you should not let your customers to walk away to cashier to make an order or ask for something. If you get orders from your customers at cashier, you should open an fast food restaurant. That was the night that I was expecting to have a great dinner but nor your main courses nor your services were way way way below the line. I ordered mid-well steak, and I think your chef cooked it well done (maybe more than well done). I tried to call a waiter twice, and unfortunately they did not see me because the table I was sitting was could not be seen from anywhere. As the waiter said who was responsible from my table "That won't be again". Yes, he is soooooo right. That won't be again because I am not planning to come again to your restaurant and believe me I will tell what happened tonite to all my friends and their families. I think you should more careful for your customers. As I said at the beginning, you are not going to response this message/complaint but just an advice; if you keep going like these, you will get more complaints and you will loose more customers. Bye.

Nga tr Dhe kerkon pllis te fortosja telefonin qe e Kisha ne zero e din kush ishte pergjigjjja me falini nuk kemi priza bosh sepse Jane te zena per zbukurimet e vitin te ri an yuo belivet that pra nuk ka turp me te madh qe nuk dija Ku te shkoja sic yuo thash Hera e pare qe shkoja ne tr Keto nuk Jane te hijeshme prap me rispekt for yuo nga Florida USA

Ho mangiato splendidamente. La cucina è delicata e le portate sono oltremodo coreografiche. È il posto adatto per gli italiani troppo avvezzi al loro primato dell'arte culinaria. �

Locale accogliente , elegante e ottimo cibo. Consiglio a tutti di provare la qualità del cibo e l'accoglienza del servizio...top
