I vetmi në llojin e vet që plotëson gjithë standardet e mundshme të cilësisë së shërbimit sipas kushteve bashkëkohore evropiane..

Deri rreth nje vit e gjysem me pare Goody's ishte nder hamburger-beresit komerciale me te mire ne Tirane per te mos thene me i miri. Por me porosine e heres se fundit sinqerisht nuk e vecoj dot me nga konkurrenca. Buka e Philly-t i ngjante bukes se ngrire. Akoma me keq vete qoftja e burgerit kishte nje arome jo te kendshme, qartesist jo e fresket, dhe akoma akoma me keq, patatet e skuqura ishin jo vetem te pa qeruara, por edhe te papastruara... pra me te vrarat e nxira, apo kalbjet (per te mos thene gje tjeter) qe ka patatja qe nuk eshte e cilesise se pare. Nuk e di nese patatet e paqeruara jane ndonje trend i ri ne industrine e fast food por mua me pelqejne te pastruara e te skuqura sa te kene ngjyren e arte, krokante jashte e te buta brenda...pike!!! Ky eshte ligji i patateve te skuqura per mua. Me vjen keq po nuk i besoj dot ende bashkekombasve te mi kur vjen puna te higjena dhe larja e mire e nje patateje te paqeruar e cila thjesht grihet dhe futet ne vaj per skuqje. Shkurt nuk konsumova as 1/2 e Philly-t dhe 1/3 e patateve. Por onion rings ishin ende te shijshme per fat te mire. Nuk do te porosisja me deri sa menaxhimi te vendose te beje dicka per te standardizuar cilesine dhe higjenen.

Sherbimi katering me i shpejte ne planet. 120 minuta per 2 hamburger 😉

Ushqimi katastrof.kam ngrene ne shum vende ne tiran po si ktu skam ngrene kurr dhe sdo haj kurr.

Staffi shume harbut! Kerkuam Ivi Lemon, na sollen ivi portokall dhe kur i treguam faturen, na tha: Ne fature e shenova kot une, se portokall kerkove. Te te bej stafi i sherbimit per budalla eshte kulmi! Me tej vijojme me sallaten Cesar qe na e sollen me Mustarde, shpikje e re kjo, kur i thame qe nuk eshte keshtu ne Menu, pergjigja ishte, epo keshtu e bejme ne!

(Origjinali) saw some bad reviews but for me, the staff was very kind to explain the system for a first timer, the fries was well cooked, and the chili burger was big and juicy, cheap sauce and cheese, lots of pickles. wish the tables were cleaned up a little more. its a fastfood restaurant, what can you expect more.

Shebimi taxi le per te deshiruar... kjo jo per faj te motorristit po te personit qe merr porosine, dhe kur ja bene te qarte ate qe kerkon nuk ta sjellin. Kjo ka ndodhur mbi 3 here nuk eshte per te porosit me!

Gatimi dhe sherbimi jane shume cilesore. Faleminderit per atmosferen qe krijoni per femijet

Eshte e pa mundur mos te ket nje Menu online ose ne Facebook per peresit me telefon. Do vendos 5 Pik kur te rrigullojni ket gjo.

Cdo gje e beni te zhurmshme;nuk uleret ajo qe eshte ne banak sikur esht tek tregu i gabit,lere pastaj qe ta merr porosine gjth inat, ajo tjetra qe fshin tavolinat sa nuk i theu duke i shtyre....pse punesoni njerez qe nuk dine protokollin e sherbimit...per cmimet e larta qe keni ,niveli le shum per te deshiruar �

I have been to Goody’s three times before my final visit on Sunday, November 20th, 2016. The burgers are not good (soft texture, tasteless) but the chicken nuggets are fine and my kids like them. Because I don’t like the burgers, the last time I was at Goody’s I ordered the chicken tortilla wrap. However, I didn’t like the mayonnaise and mustard sauce that they put on it. The rest of the wrap was fine. So when I went back with my kids and my Albanian wife to the Goody’s at QTU in Tirana, I asked that instead of putting on the mayonnaise and mustard sauce, they only put mayonnaise instead. In other words, take the mustard off. I wasn’t asking for anything to be added. I was actually asking for something to be taken off. The answer? “We can’t change anything. It must be made as it is shown on the menu.” I was shocked. I have lived in the USA, Burkina Faso, Turkey and Bangladesh and this is the first time I have ever been told that I couldn’t remove something from a sandwich. So being told that I couldn’t REMOVE a condiment made me upset. I asked to see the manager. She ignored me and continued to cruise around behind the counter pretending that my wife and I weren’t there. So we took our kids and left and went somewhere else. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to Goody’s again and I will do everything I can to let everyone know what an awful place it is. I know that Goody’s is a Greek chain. If this is how Greek businesses treat their customers, it’s no wonder that Greece is in economic meltdown. If such intransigence is some anomaly at the chains in Albania, then I would ask the owner to get some customer service lessons. Didn’t the idea that the consumer is just a parasite, ignorant of his own desires, go out with the end of communism? My family and I have generally gotten very good service at other restaurants in Albania, and the staffs have been very accommodating when we asked for menu items to be altered. Therefore, I know that the level of disregard for a customer shown by Goody’s is not endemic to Albanians at large. Perhaps the owner of Goody’s wants to go his own way and revive the splendor that was 1960s Albania. Whatever the reason that a person cannot REMOVE mustard from a sandwich at Goody’s, it’s a very, very sad day when restaurants in, literally, the most underdeveloped countries in Africa and Asia are able to provide better customer service and better food than a popular chain like Goody’s in capital cities in Europe. Shame on Goody’s. Update: One week after I wrote my original post about Goody’s, my wife and I took our kids to TEG and went to KFC as our treat. Not only was the chicken better there than at Goody’s, the prices were the same and, just to test, I ordered a sandwich that usually comes with ketchup…but asked that the ketchup not be put on the sandwich. The answer? “Sure, no problem.” In English, no less. And the servers smiled at us and gave our kids balloons. Hey, Goody’s franchise owner here in Tirana, about those customer service lessons that I said your employees and you need: you can get them at KFC. That’s where some of your old customers have already gone. Maybe you should try it too, just to see how a quality fast food restaurant is run.
