For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city. Bel Hotel e Buona colazione, ma sentirsi dire al rientro che per far mettere in ordine la camera, dovevamo comunicarlo alla reception non sapevo se ridere o piangere. Mai sentita una cosa del genere.

Great costumer service, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, parking space is in front of the building. Flat TV , air-conditioning, king bed, big windows. Close to city centre. Is a good choice with 24h reception.

فيه بسطحه كافي لا بأس فيه فطوره سيء ماتدري وش تأكل لازم تأخذ من برا 😅 لذلك طال عمرك اطلع من الفندق على رجلك لف يمين امشي لما توصل لكافي محترم كان الصراحه ممتع وجميييل كل يوم اذوق شيء مخبز وحلى وكافي احلى مافي الفندق عرفني فيه والاستقبال كان المتواجدين كويسين ترى هذا الكلام قبل كورونا 😂 بس توي اعلق

Obviously not everyone but we had a bad experience at Dilo Hotel despite the lovely staff who only tried to help and thanks for that. The check in process was a bit painful as of our requested check in time and hotel's no response despite asking a few other questions to us and ignoring our question.
