Bellissima vista sulla piazza centrale di Tirana dal dehor di questo elegante locale, situato sotto l'ampio portico del Palazzo dell'Opera albanese. Ampia scelta di caffè, è possibile anche mangiare.

My best Raki in Tirana I had here. Gentle service, Bar was full, but I could take my glas a few steps away, sitting with a nice view over Skenderbej Place. Thanks a lot. Fair prices for this special location.

The guys at Opera Caffe are very friendly and cooperative. They helped me getting 1000 euro back. I had drinks at the bar next to them and that bar mistakenly deducted 1000 euro instead of 1000 lek from my account. I contacted the guys at Opera Caffee thinking it was the bar we went to. Though I mistakenly accused them of stealing from me, they helped me identify the bar we went to and contacted them on our behalf. If it were not for their kind cooperation, I would have not gotten my money back.
